  • Do you ship products internationally?
    At this time my site is set up for shipping to United States only! However, please contact me and we can discuss the product(s) you are interested in and if it is possible to ship to your location.
  • What if my piece arrived damaged?
    If your piece has arrived damaged photos of both the piece as well as the box and materials inside need to be photographed and sent to me via email as soon as it arrives. You also MUST hold onto the broken product(s) and the box and packing materials as they may need to be brought into USPS for examination in order for me to file a claim and receive money for the damaged items.
  • Do you take custom orders?
    Yes, I do take custom orders depending on what the client is looking for. Please feel free to send me a message or email and I would be happy to chat with you more about custom work.
  • Are the functional products dish washer safe?
    Yes. They can all be washed in a dishwasher or hand washed. Caution should be taken for any products with detailed elements so they do not get banged around in the dishwasher.
  • Are the functional products safe to use in the microwave?
    Yes. All of my ceramic pieces are safe to use in the microwave. Please use caution when handling items from the microwave as they can get hot.
  • Can I use your ceramic tea pots to heat water on stove tops?
    No. It could potentially shatter the product. However, you can put the already boiled hot water in the tea pot for serving.
  • Is your Gold Luster work microwave safe?
    Pieces with gold luster added to them are NOT microwave safe! If you are unsure if there is gold luster on the piece you purchased please feel free to send me a message.
  • Are those shells in your pottery?
    No. All the texture is hand made out of clay.
  • What store(s) do you have your work for sale in?
    I have work available for purchase in Prelude, located in Portsmouth NH
